A gorgeous and profoundly sensory animation, Simon Davies’s “God Sent Bees to Filter the Undead through an Open Wound” is particularly traumatizing for compulsive bug-bite scratchers (like myself). Plus, the title is just a ton of fun to say.
Rat Pack Rat
“Rat Pack Rat” was written and directed by Todd Rohal, who also created “M.O.P.Z.” and “Uncle Kent 2.” Todd graciously agreed to act as a judge of the inaugural Sick ’n’ Wrong Film Festival in 2016, a gig with a terrible spiritual toll and absolutely no compensation. Thanks, Todd!
